At PAKA, we want you to feel as comfortable in our alpaca fiber apparel as we do. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
